60 hours of coaching training – You need to undergo for 60 hours of coaching training by attending classroom training or online training or both. 10 hours of mentoring – As per ICF, 10 hours of mentoring should be spread in the length of 3 months and covered as 7 hours as group mentoring and 3 mentoring. ‐Only 10 percent of the minimum hours needed to qualify for the ICF Credential can be Pro‐Bono hours, including complimentary sessions. ‐Teaching coaching classes does not count as client‐coaching hours.

Icf coaching hours

Once you’ve completed a certain number of ICF-accredited hours, you’ll be a certified professional coach. Here is an important fact: If you practice coaching with other coaches, you can count that as barter and therefore as paid coaching hours towards your ICF designation. The ICF website makes that very clear. The Center for Executive Coaching has a large pool of members/coaches who are pursuing their ICF designation. Note: When you complete the Fast Track to ICF Credential with Coaching Out of the Box® (COTBx) you will have completed 68 hours of approved coach specific training (no additional training hours required) and 7 hours of group mentor coaching (you only need 3 more one on one mentor coaching hours).

An ICF ACTP is considered an all-inclusive professional coach training program. ICF CCE Requirements:-When you are collecting your CCE hours, you need to undergo at least 24 hours of training on core competencies. There is another requirement of undergoing minimum 3 hours of training on coaching ethics. (it can also be achieved by completing free online course of ICF)
